Gringa Favorites: Miami Color & Style
Feeling like you need a hair upgrade? Look no further! Recently I had the pleasure of a fabulous hair make-over by the gente at Miami Color & Style. This isn’t an everyday “salon experience” at all, Miami Color & Style is made up of the dynamic pairing of celebrity colorist Michele Fury and master coiffeur + artistic director Guillaume Massol. Together the two style applying the original techniques of French balayage with the French haircut. Otherwise, the result would be standard highlight! No gracias!
For those who don’t know (which I didn’t), Balayage is better, beginning with precision cut creates a foundation for color that then overall gives dimension and movement to hair. Their combined talent makes the hair light yet keeps the bulk. It’s the perfect service as after 1 to even 2 months out, hair retains color and shape. I can attest that after a couple weeks, I’m still loving my cut and color just as much as when I left the salon!
The signature of Miami Color & Style is to not take out as much weight on bottom without over texturizing. This not only means a look clients love but also one that lasts longer and is maintained easier. Their service bests others because the client can go up to 24 weeks/at least one season without a line of demarcation or need for a touchup to conserve on spend. There is low at-home maintenance with less or no frizz and a smoother blow dry. Due to their skill, there should be no fear of committing to color or expense! And who doesn’t love that?
So, here are the details you need to know:
