Workout Essentials: How to Stay Fresh Always

It’s summertime in Miami and that means three things: sun, heat and humidity! When you add those elements to any non-stop schedule and a solid work-out routine and you have a receipt for a hot, sweaty mess of a day! Even though I’m not a fan of cold water, I start out my shower with warmer water and slowly turn it to cool as I’m finishing the shower to ensure I’m feeling fresh when I exit.
