Pitbull to Release New Album, Global Warming, in November
You better believe Las Gringas were giddy with excitement when we heard that Pitbull announced the date for the release of his highly-anticipated studio album, Global Warming. The album will be released by RCA Records / Mr. 305 / Polo Grounds on November 19th worldwide. Can we get a daleeeeee?! We are particularly happy about this album, because the title comes from one of our favorite Pit lyrics from his song with Enrique “I Like How It Feels” which communicates how his success has been a steady growth. Even though most of his worldwide fame has come within the last couple of years, his true fans knows this is nothing new and Pit has been doing his thing for many years:
I’m like global warming…They think I’ve just started to heat the things up, but I’ve been here…
While Global Warming is sure to be full of surprises, we do know that it will feature international hit “Get It Stared” with Shakira, “Back In Time” from Men In Black 3 and the newest single “Don’t Stop The Party.” If these first 3 canciónes are any indication of what we can expect from this album…it is going to be just as big, if not bigger than Planet Pit.
During a press conference yesterday, Pit shared that he is currently finishing up the album both in the studio and on the road…being the busy hombre that he is. Speaking of being on the road, Planet Pit World Tour has already been through Japan, Australia, Mexico, Canada and Europe…the Latin American leg of the gira will reeve up again September 27th in Panama….but Pit will be bringing the party back to the U.S. at the end of this year for a spectacular NYE party in the 305!!
