Elvis Crespo “Yo No Soy Un Monstruo” Tops Charts!
No surprise here! I’ve been hearing this canción non-stop on Miami radio, so I wasn’t the least sorpendida when I read how well this song is doing on the charts. This week, Elvis Crespo had reached #1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart in the US, Puerto Rico, & Venezuela with his single, “Yo No Soy Un Monstruo“, featuring Vladimir Dotel from the group, Los Ilegales. The song is off his newest album “Los Monsters” which was released this past Mayo.
What I was surprised to see…is the video that goes along with this merengue hit. After hearing the lyrics, I was expecting the typical- nice guy trying to get the attention of a sexy girl who isn’t giving him the time of day. However, what we have here is a “PSA” of some-sort against bullying…done in a fun and friendly fashion. But, porque am I trying to explain it? Go ahead and watch it for yourself!
