You Have A Chance to Enter the Coco Latino Hispanic Identity Project!
If you are an aspiring filmmaker, visual artist…or creatively inclined in anyway, the Coco Latino Hispanic Identity Project may be just the thing you’ve been looking for! In association with Univision Radio‘s H2O Music Festival, this nation-wide film contest is seeking filmmakers who have a story to tell about their Hispanic experience and is intended to further explore that identity. Besides a little self-exploration, contest winners could also receive some pretty awesome prizes!
Okay, here are the complete details! You must create a video exploring one of the following themes: Identidad/”Yo, Hispano”, Familia/”Miembro de una Familia”, Hogar/”Compartir un Hogar”, Influencia/”Dejar Mi Marca en el Mundo”, y Comida/”Compartir la Hora de Comida”. The video must be a piece of your own original work describing what it means to you to be, live and succeed as a Latino in the United States. Each entry will be judged on content and creativity. You have until August 12th at 11:59 to enter your submission, and you can find complete rules and regulations on the official site!
The contestants whose videos are chosen will win a free trip to the H2O Music Festival in L.A. and $10,000 cash.
